Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the website BNWO.NL and any related pages, players and services (the "Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, leave the Site.

1. Adults only

The Site contains sexually explicit material intended for adults. You may access the Site only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), it is legal to view adult material where you are, and you do so voluntarily. By entering you confirm all of the above. We use an age confirmation gate and reserve the right to require additional age verification where the law demands it.

2. What the Site is

BNWO.NL publishes short adult "PMV" edits (porn music videos): clips of adult footage cut to music with captions, in a specific fetish niche (interracial, female domination, humiliation, hypno-style captions). All material is adult fantasy role-play produced for and consumed by consenting adults. See Content Standards.

3. Accounts and membership

• Paid membership ("whiteboy" tier) is sold and billed through Patreon under Patreon's own terms. We only receive your Patreon account ID, display name, e-mail and membership status to unlock content.
• A member number is assigned to your account once and is never transferred to anyone else.
• You may not share your account, download-links or embed links. Doing so ends your membership without refund.
• Free accounts see teasers and free videos only.

4. Single video purchases

• Some videos can be bought individually. Payment is processed by a licensed third-party payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
• After payment you receive a time-limited download link for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices. The link is personal and must not be shared.
• Because the product is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are final. If a download does not work, write to us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you.

5. Licence and prohibited use

Content is licensed to you for personal viewing only. You may not: copy, record, re-upload, redistribute, sell, or publicly perform any video or teaser; scrape the Site; circumvent access controls, tokens or age gates; use bots to create accounts; or use the Site for anything unlawful.

6. Community features

Members can vote in polls, suggest music tracks by link and leave comments. You are responsible for what you post. We remove and ban for: illegal content, hate speech directed at real people or groups, harassment, doxxing, spam, links to pirated material, or anything sexualising minors (which we report to the authorities immediately).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms, chargeback abuse, or if required by law or by our payment partners. You may stop using the Site and cancel your Patreon membership at any time; access ends at the end of the paid period.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "as is". Video is streamed via a third-party CDN and may be temporarily unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

9. Changes and law

We may update these Terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of registration stated in the Operator box; disputes go to the competent court there, unless consumer law in your country gives you additional rights.

Content Standards

This section exists so that anyone reviewing the Site — payment partners, platforms, authorities — knows exactly what is and is not here.

What the content is

• Consensual adult fetish fantasy. The "BNWO" / interracial / femdom / hypno themes are established adult role-play genres. Captions and titles are in-character fantasy speech, not the operator's opinions, and not statements about any real person, race, ethnicity or group.
• Adults only. Every performer in every clip is an adult. Source material comes from adult producers who maintain age and consent records (see § 2257).
• Fan edits, not productions. We do not film anyone. Videos are transformative fan edits (compilation/remix) of existing adult footage with music and captions. We do not claim ownership of the source footage; the original producers own it, and we take their material down on first request (see DMCA).

What is never allowed on the Site

• Anyone under 18, or anyone presented as under 18, in any form. Zero tolerance — reported to NCMEC/authorities.
• Real (non-simulated) violence, coercion or non-consent; content produced without the performers' consent; revenge porn; hidden-camera material.
• Incitement of hatred, violence or discrimination against real people or groups; promotion of self-harm, suicide, eating disorders or drug use; bestiality; necrophilia; incest.
• Any footage a rights holder or a depicted person has asked us to remove.

If you believe something on the Site violates these standards, message Telegram @bbiccs with the link. We review every report and remove first, ask questions later.

Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Commission requests. If you send a request through the “Commission a video” form, we store what you wrote, the contact you left, the time and your IP address (to stop spam). The request is delivered to the site owner only and is used for nothing except replying to you. Ask us to delete it at any time.

• Account data (only if you log in): Patreon user ID, display name, e-mail, membership status and dates. Received from Patreon via OAuth when you sign in; refreshed via Patreon webhooks.
• Usage data (members and free accounts): which videos you watched and for how long (used for your "watch time" stats, "continue watching" and rank), saved videos, playlists, poll votes, comments.
• Purchase data: for single video purchases — the video bought, amount, provider transaction reference and the e-mail the provider passes back to us for delivery. Card data never reaches our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs kept by our web server for security and abuse prevention; a session cookie; local browser storage for language and interface state.

2. What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers. We do not run third-party ad trackers. We do not profile you beyond the features listed above.

3. Third parties that process data for us

• Patreon (membership and billing) — Patreon Privacy Policy.
• Bunny.net (video hosting and CDN) — receives your IP address when streaming.
• Payment provider for single purchases (named on the checkout page) — receives what is needed to take the payment.
• Hosting: our own server in the EU (Romania).

4. Cookies and storage

One session cookie (login), plus browser local storage for language, saved-video cache and interface preferences. No advertising cookies. You can clear them in your browser at any time; you will be logged out.

5. Retention

Account and usage data: while your account exists and up to 12 months after your last login. Purchase records: as long as tax and payment-provider rules require (typically 5–7 years). Server logs: 30 days.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your data, or to close your account, by messaging Telegram @bbiccs and naming your member number. We answer within 30 days. EU/EEA residents have the rights granted by the GDPR and may complain to their local supervisory authority.

7. Children

The Site is not intended for, and knowingly collects no data from, anyone under 18.

DMCA & Takedown Policy

We respect the intellectual property of others and the rights of people depicted in adult content. We respond to valid takedown requests within 24 hours and usually much faster. You do not need a lawyer; an e-mail is enough.

How to send a notice

Message Telegram @bbiccs (subject "Takedown") with:

1. The exact URL(s) on BNWO.NL of the material (e.g. /watch.html?id=123) — or the video title.
2. Identification of the original work you own, or a statement that you are the person depicted.
3. Your name, company (if any) and contact e-mail.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law, and that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

• We disable the material immediately on receipt and confirm to you by e-mail.
• Depicted-person requests ("I am in this clip and want it gone") are honoured without any of the formal requirements above — just tell us where it is.
• Repeat infringement of the same source is prevented by blocking the clip's fingerprint from future uploads.
• Counter-notices (from someone who believes the removal was a mistake) can be sent to the same address with the same identification and a consent to jurisdiction statement; we forward them to the original complainant and restore material only if allowed by law.

18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on this Site were eighteen years of age or older at the time the depiction was created.

BNWO.NL does not produce sexually explicit content. The Site publishes edits and compilations of pre-existing adult material. With respect to that material, the operator of this Site is not a "producer" as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and is exempt from the record-keeping requirements under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4) (activities involving the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, formatting, or translation of content without altering its sexually explicit nature). The records required by § 2257 for the original depictions are kept by the original producers of that material, who are identified where available on request.

For any content that is originally produced by or for BNWO.NL in the future, the required records will be kept by the Custodian of Records at the address below and made available to authorised inspection as required by law.
